This study discusses the Normalization of Turkish and Russian Relations and Its Impacts on the Conflict in Syria. This research uses qualitative approach and descriptive analysis method. In this study, the authors describe a brief history of Turkish and Russian relations. The emergence of problems and cooperation between Turkey and Russia is called the dynamics of Turkish and Russian relations. The dynamics of the relationships between them are caused by several factors, such as the competition of influence in some region, and also to cooperate in various fields to achieve their national interests. The dynamics of Turkish and Russian relations has become a concern of the world community, so the relationship of both is not escaped from the interference of other actors, both state and organization. Turkey and Russia are also contributing to the conflict in Syria. Both share the same role in the conflict, there are several things that make both of them in opposing camps, but the improvement of their relationship makes a good impact on the conflict in Syria, because of the Moscow Declaration, the promise of a resolution to peace in Syria.CThis study discusses the Normalization of Turkish and Russian Relations and Its Impacts on the Conflict in Syria.
