About the Journal
Balcony: Budi Luhur Journal of Contemporary Diplomacy is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by the International Relations Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Global Studies, Universitas Budi Luhur, Jakarta, Indonesia. The journal serves as a platform for scholarly dialogue in international relations, diplomacy, and global studies, featuring research articles authored by students, faculty, and emerging scholars from across Indonesia and beyond.
Balcony is published twice a year, in August and December, and is registered with the issue decree ISSN No. 0005.27982009/K.4/SK.ISSN/2021.07 for E-ISSN 2798-2009. It promotes collaborative research, interdisciplinary perspectives, and the development of contemporary diplomatic thought.
