NCB-Interpol Indonesia dalam Penanganan Permasalahan Narkotika Lintas Batas di Selat Malaka 2020 – 2022

This research aims to analyze NCB-Interpol Indonesia's effort in handling cross-border narcotics problems in the Strait of Malacca during 2020 – 2022. In analyzing the phenomenon, this study uses the perspective of liberalism, the concepts of security cooperation, transnational organized crime. This research is conducted under the qualitative method on secondary data based on official document references and literature studies. The results of this research show that NCB-Interpol Indonesia establishes and conducts various cross-border security cooperation, including the preparation of IMBAS-CEPAT applications. The forms of the domestic and global partnership are divided into the aspects covering the optimization improvement on cross-border security surveillance in the Strait of Malacca. NCB-Interpol Indonesia and other agencies also work together to reduce the rate of narcotics trafficking through multinational territorial integrity operations.
