Penyelesaian Masalah Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (TKI) Ilegal di Malaysia melalui Multi Track Diplomacy Pada Periode 2011 - 2016

The objective of this research is to analyze the completion of Malaysia's illegal Indonesian migrant labour problem through multi track diplomacy method. The researcher applies paradigm of liberalism approach which shows that government is not only the actor of international relationship. T h e periodization of this research is limited be tween 2014 until 2016. Periodization limit is applied because the problem of illegal Indonesian migrant labour has kept increasing since 2014. This research is a qualitative research , using state centric theory , international political concept, National interest theory, and diplomacy and multi - track diplomacy concept. The result of this research indicates that the solutions to handle the illegal labour is through multi - track diplomacy method by involving state actors and non - governmental organization to app ly diplomacy effort to the Malaysia's government through preventing and overcoming program.
