Hambatan Impor Baja dan Turunannya oleh Thailand Terhadap Indonesia Periode 2014-2018

This study aims to analyze Thailand's Barriers to dumping on Imports of Non Alloy Hot Rolled Steel Flat Products in Coils and Not in Coils Products in 2014. To analyzing the case, the author use several concepts such as of International Trade and Negotiations Trade as well as with the Perspective of Protectionism. Periodization of research is limited between 2014-2018, when Thailand investigated the increase in the import of Indonesian Flat Hot Rolled Steel in Thailand until the postponement of safeguard barriers by the Government of Thailand. The results of this study indicate that with the increase in imports of Non Alloy Hot Rolled Steel Flat Products in Coils and Not in Coils Products, bring in reaction for the Thai side to impose an investigation and implement the Anti Dumping and Countervailing Act policy.
