Upaya Pemerintah Indonesia dalam Peningkatan Ekspor Produk Industri Hasil Tembakau ke Eropa Pada Periode 2016-2019

The development of the Tobacco Products Industry is currently experiencing many problems. This has an impact on the amount of exports of Indonesian tobacco products to export destination countries in Europe. On the other hand, countries which become export destinations of processed tobacco products are now increasing the standardization of the products they will buy, this certainly adds a challenge for the Indonesian government to increase exports of Tobacco Products Industry products. This study discusses the Indonesian Government's Efforts to Increase the Export of Tobacco to Europe in the Period of 2016 to 2019. In analyzing these efforts the authors used the concept of International Trade and Theory of Comparative Excellence. This study uses policy as the level of analysis. The analysis technique of this research is qualitative with descriptive methods and secondary data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate important points that are considered as a step or effort of the Indonesian government in increasing exports of Tobacco Products Industry to Europe.
