The BRI program from Tiongkok is very important for Indonesia, which is currently intensively developing infrastructure. In this study using the concept of Sphare of Influence from the book by Susana Hast, Foregin Direct Investment, and National interest from Viotti & Kauppi. The results of this study prove that Tiongkok has succeeded in spreading it in Indonesia in building high-speed trains. Because Indonesia's relations are very close after the construction of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed train. Tiongkok cooperates with Indonesia in Tiongkok BRI program. This study also shows that Japan's influence in the Southeast Asian region has diminished.
