Peran Yayasan Cinta Anak Bangsa Foundation melalui Pendidikan Informal di Indonesia, Myanmar dan Laos Periode 2012–2015

This study discussed about the role of Yayasan Cinta Anak Bangsa Foundation as an NGO that has focusing activity on education for pre - prosperous youth in the three Southeast Asian countries (Indonesia, Myanmar and Laos). Periodization in this study is 2012 - 2015. This study uses qualitative method for supporting research data. The results of this study is Yayasan Cinta Anak Bangsa Foundation has reached thousands of pre - prosperous youth in increasing the participation of basic education to tertier education and skills in Indonesia, M yanmar, and Laos so that youth can have self - competence in elementary to tertiary school knowledge and skills. This is done with educational programs related to its primary program that is education where it can fulfill the right of pre - prosperous youth in education. But as an NGO actor, YCAB has weakness and threat that forward its role. These weaknesses can be found in the basic weakness of NGO, that is from Human Resources (HR) and its threat can be found in their coordination with international partners hips which will provide YCAB projection to enhance HR capabilities and partnerships.
