Abstract

This research aims to explain about the attitudes of ASEAN countries to the case of Rohingya Muslim refugees Period 2014 - 2017. This research uses qualitative method of research and to analyze the issues are used human security concept, human rights concept and national interest concept. This research has discovered that to the attitudes of ASEAN countries can be said to have not been effective to see the principle of non - interference that became the boundary of the movement o ASEAN member countries to be able t o address the issue of Rohingya Muslim refugees, where in this case, the role of ASEAN can only appreciate the progress that has taken place, or in other words , ASEAN is only able to provide humanitarian assistance and save the refugees, whereas the problem is very tangent to the humanitarian and it is imperative  that a rapid and decisive action by ASEAN member states be taken to address the issue so that the presence of Rohingya Muslim refugees in ASEAN countries can not cause problems affecting sec urity stability
