Dampak Arms Military Build-Up Tiongkok terhadap Stabilitas Keamanan Negara-Negara Aliansi Amerika Serikat di Kawasan Asia Pasifik Pada Periode 2012 - 2017

This study aims to analize the implications of China's Arms Military Build-Up on security stability in Asia Pacific. To analyzing the case, the author use several concepts such as, Detterence, Arms Build-Up, and Action-React ion Model. This research is a qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that China now become emerging power in the East Asia region with such rapid economic growth, which is has an impact on increasing military capability that the increase bring in reaction from The U.S. alliance countries within Asia Pacific region (Japan, Korea South, Taiwan) and The United States themselves.
