Penerapan Good Governance Melalui Platform JDCN Sebagai Instrumen dalam Mewujudkan SDGs 12 (2020-2021)
Abstract
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are global action plans by world leaders that aim to eradicate poverty and inequality and maintain environmental quality. This research aims to analyze how good governance is implemented through the Jakarta Development Collaboration Network platform in the implementation of SDGs 12 by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in 2020-2021. The research method used is qualitative. This research is analyzed using the perspectives of constructivism, good governance theory, and the concept of sustainable development. The results of the study show that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government’s efforts to realize quality environmental management are carried out based on Presidential Regulation No. 59 of 2017 through the Jakarta Development Collaboration (JDCN) platform. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government’s performance in contributing to the SDGs through the JDCN platform has been realized and is showing tangible results. The form of the program is designed based on the implementation of the principles of good governance. The JDCN platform is implemented through six program forms: Community talk sessions, International Plenary Discussion Forums, Policy Discussions, Indonesia Contemporary Art and Design (ICAD), and Festival Kerja Bakti.
