This research aims to analyze about China's interests in the Middle East are related to the Silk Road Economic Belt; Case Study of Railway Transportation Infrastructure Development in Iran on Period 2013-2019. This research uses the qualitative method of research. In analyzing this research question, the author uses Theory of Hegemony Stability, and the Concept of International Cooperation. This type of research is descriptive research using qualitative. Thus, the results of the analysis of the Research show that the infrastructure development of railroad transportation is one of China's infrastructure projects used to fulfill its national interests, has the power of economic hegemony in the world, seeks alternative access to find out how to trade with Iran in the Middle East. in the end, China involved 6 train routes from China to Iran connecting the two countries of cooperation. The infrastructure was carried out on the interdependence of countries towards economic development.
