Tata Kelola Pendidikan Berdasarkan UNESCO Road Map Sebagai Implementasi SDGs Poin 4 di Perbatasan Entikong, Kabupaten Sanggau, Kalimantan Barat

This research intend to analyze the quality of education in Indonesia based on the framework of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) point 4. The targets are nine indicator that have achieved by each country pass through the UNESCO Road Map. Especially Indonesia, need to adopt the road map into the national policies and conform to the condition of education in Indonesia. The focus of the study is in the border region of Indonesia, Entikong boundary, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan. The main problem of this study is how the governace of education by UNESCO Road map as implementing SDGs point 4 on the Entikong Boundary, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan. This research has a purpose to (1) to describe the educational governance at Entikong boundary, Sanggau Regency. (2) to describe the framework of SDGs point 4 pass through UNESCO Road Map. (3) to analyze the effort of governments in developing education governance at the Entikong boundary as educational quality improvement framework based on SDGs point 4. The approach taken in this study is qualitative primary and secondary data. The Datas were analyzed by using the concept of sustainable development and good governance. The result showed that in meeting the target of SDGs point 4, the government of Indonesia to implement and to adopt the UNESCO Road Map into the National Medium Term Development Plans (RPJMN) and the policies made by the regional government pass through the education of Sanggau Regency. In particularly the management of education in the Entikong boundary. The conclusion of this research is the targets of SDGs point 4 are not been achieved during the year. Furthermore UNESCO Road Map has not been able to prove that governance of education in border areas are not synergies between governemnt role, privat sector, and public sector.
