Kerja Sama International Organization for Migration dengan Indonesia pada Periode Tahun 2017 – 2021 dalam Menangani Kasus Human Trafficking dalam Kerangka UU NO. 21 Tahun 2007

This study discusses how the International Organization for Migration Cooperation with Indonesia Handles Human Trafficking Cases within the framework of Law NO. 21 of 2007 Year 2017 – 2021. This study aims to describe IOM's relationship in cooperating with the Government of Indonesia regarding Law No. 21 of 2007. The research method is descriptive qualitative. This study uses the perspective of liberalism, international cooperation theory, international organizations and human trafficking. the results of this study indicate that the case of human trafficking is a crime case that is seriously experienced by handling international cooperation if it is carried out with its own efforts it will be difficult to eradicate. Relations between countries are not only about linking state actors. However, in its action it takes a position to make policies in tackling this problem. Then, the authors find that IOM has made efforts in the implementation of overcoming human trafficking in Indonesia, it can be seen from the cooperation carried out by IOM with the Indonesian government, as well as the implementation made by IOM.
