China One Policy is one of the policies that has been applied in every diplomatic with other countries. If undergoing diplomatic relations with China then it should not establish diplomatic relations with Taiwan. If diplomatic relations with Taiwan. It is impossible to establish diplomatic relations with China. This policy has been taken by Panama to support One China's policy and assumes that there is only one China and Taiwan that is still one of China's territories. By cutting off economic diplomatic ties with Taiwan and building new economic diplomatic relations with China. This study aims to find out how the Continuation of One China Policy Impact on Panama-Taiwan diplomatic relations in the economic diplomatic relations between Panama-China and Panama-Taiwan. This paper uses the concept of foreign policy, peventive diplomacy and national interests. Thus, the conclusion of this study that China and Taiwan will remain part of China will not change.
