This study aims to analyze how ASEAN’s strategy in tackling smoke haze pollution through the establishment of ASEAN AGREMENT ON TRANSBOUNDARY HAZE POLLUTION as happened in Indonesia, where there is forest destruction due to illegal logging and even forest burning by irresponsible parties. ASEAN as a regional organization in the Southeast Asian region feels responsible for finding solutions to this problem because this problem has crossed the border of the State. This research uses the strategy concept and the method used is obtained from secondary data.
