Diplomasi Ekonomi Tiongkok melalui Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) di Asia Tenggara (2013 – 2018)

This study aims to analyze the economic diplomacy carried out by China through the intercontinental Belt and Road Innitiative (BRI) policy in the Southeast Asia Region, that specifically focuses on infrastructure development through BRI in Vietnam. in this study the author uses the concept of international cooperation, and economic diplomacy theory uses three elements, namely elements of the use of influence, economic relations and assets, as well as synergy elements. The results of this study indicate that BRI initiated by China more or less has contributed through its fast funding, encouraging infrastructure connectivity, whether connectivity is local, regional to intercontinental, and encouraging economic, monetary and trade cooperation in the Southeast Asian region, specifically in the country of Vietnam that is the focus of this research.
