This qualitative study aims to analyze the new policy of the European Union related to european labour at the United Kingdom. This study used the teory of democracy and regionalism.The results show that European Union as supranational organization in the europe should changes the old policy to the new policy about the free movement, which is related to the europe citizens who living in United Kingdom as labour after Brexit. At the begining, everything goes according to the preliminary policies which related to the free movement that eliminates the borders of the country to make it easier for people to move from country to country with to finding a better life by finding an available occupation in some countries.With this policy many European citizens are choosing United Kingdom because there is a lot of occupations. But when the British referendum has been held andhas a result that British peoples wanted his country out of European Union membership, and it had to think about the new policy regarding workers in the UK by the European Union. Because the Brexit, the European Union and United Kingdom held meetings which related to employment issue (European societies) residing in the UK as well as the other areas such as economics, investment and trade. From the meeting there was a negotiation which eventually led the European Union to decide on a new policy about the European workers in the UK to get clarity so as not to cause a prolonged impact for the institution to avoid disintegration.
