Rohingya ethnic and Burmese ethnic groups in Myanmar have a trustworthiness between them. The violence that hit the Rohingya scan be traced back to t h e b e gin nin g o f t h e Burmese invasion and during the military rule, the Rohingyas were practically perceived as illegal immigrants. Since then the Rohingyas have been subjected to discriminatory treatment and exclusion by the military junta. In its development, the interaction between the military junta, ethnic Burmese and Rohingya ethnic is colored by the influence of ethnocentrism and the creation of imaginary identity. The approach taken in this study is qualitative primary and secondary data. The data were analyzed the theory of ethnocentrism, imagined identity, exclusion policy, demography security and concept of demographic security dilemma. The conclusion in this research to describes the dynamics of the military junta's exclusion policy on the Rohingyas in Myanmar in a cycle.
