Analisis Kebijakan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dalam Membangun Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA) Kaitannya Berdasarkan Kerangka SDGs Poin 11

This study discusses the policy analysis Jakarta provincial government in building the Integrated Child Friendly Public Spaces (RPTRA) relation based framework SDGs point 11. This study used a qualitative approach, descriptive method of analysis, and data collection techniques used through the primary data and secondary data. The data were analyzed using constructivist perspective, the concept of public policy, and the concept of sustainable development. In this study, the authors describe in general on the issue of sustainable development of urban areas as well as becoming one of the goals in the SDGs point 11 which is a target of providing universal access to public space. The author takes a case study of Jakarta City where the condition of public space in Jakarta is still very low at only 9.8 percent of the government's target of 30 percent for urban development by built RPTRA. The results showed that the presence of RPTRA influence on SDGs 11.7 because RPTRA can improve the environmental quality of the community and the Jakarta City with RPTRA although not significantly increase the percentage of public space in Jakarta. Based RPTRA regulation no. 196 2015 RPTRA development also involves other actors in the private and public sectors.
