Kebijakan Muslim Ban Amerika Serikat terhadap Problematika Diskriminasi Hak Asasi Manusia (Periode 2017 - 2019)

This study aims to analyze how the Muslim policy of the United States against the problems of human rights discrimination for the 2017-2019 period. To analyze this phenomenon, the author uses the theory of human rights, as well as approaches or concepts of discrimination. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, in the form of Library Research, as well as techniques in data collection that the authors compiled through the study of literature technique. The results of this study indicate that with the creation of a Muslim ban policy in the United States as an effort to strengthen control at the border and protect domestic security from the United States. The US government carries out its obligations on the principle of territoriality, the principle of nationality and the principle of public interest in seeking the establishment of an Executive Order (Muslim ban) policy no. threats to national security and the peace of its citizens.
